Big Changes at Kyoot/Silent

Silent, as you know it, has vanished into the ether: *dun, dun, dun*.

A new Silent is being built. I have been inspired by many different aspects of life, not all dark and macabre (though I personally recommend doing very dark and deviant things in my clothing). As I started to create the new line of clothing over the last 6 months, I found that the 'saffron' coloured bikini wasn't particularily suited to a backdrop of spattered blood. I wanted a blank canvas. One that was modular, organic and minimalist. A blank canvas on which I could paint/sculpt/create anything I wanted, showcase my creations in this simple arena of light and allow the clothing to speak for itself.

The new Silent will continue to evolve with this in mind. A lot of the old Kyoot Army inventory is now retired, but I've kept your favourites and mine. In some case, this has meant extracting one piece (ie: a skirt) from a whole outfit and putting just that one piece up by itself. Modular, modular, modular.

And with all that... here are the new releases.

- New Money Wool Dress (7 different colours)
Versatile pencil dress with thin belt. Comes in many layers and with separate belt. Additional belts available for individual purchase.

- New Money Hat (3 new colours)
The hat from the New Money outfit, but retextured into more colours. For now Black, Red and Yellow. More hats coming soon.

- Stripey Bikini (10 different colours)
Cute and summery. It's strapless, skimpy and classic. Mix and matchable.

- Last Resort Swimsuit (10 different colours)
One piece bathing suit, demure and modest in the front and extremely low plunging in the back. Adorned hooped straps and beading.

New at Kyoot Army

Finally!

The first new outfit hitting the shelves at Kyoot Army is New Money. It comes with and without a belt, with or without the undershirt and with a sweet little hat called Old Money. The outfit combines a classic pencil skirt wool dress with vintage/thrift store charm. The hat is available for purchase on its own if you're not looking to buy a whole outfit.


Electro Ballet comes in 6 colors (see colour preview below). The best part about it is it's a body suit if you remove the skirt. You can also wear it with or without the belt it comes with OR buy other belts to go with whatever version is your favourite colour. All the dresses are available in a fatpack as are the additional belts.





The belts also work well with the New Money outfit and are available for 60L each or a fatpack of 10 for 400L.

New Photosphere Backdrop Packs

The "Faded Summer" pack is washed out summer colours and patterns and very pretty. Great for all those bikini shots or if you're in a beachy, warm mood.




The "Landscapes I" pack is a new type of pack to the Photosphere Store. This pack is the first of it's kind and a series of others will be coming out in the next few weeks. The pack is mostly urban landscapes with a few naturey elements thrown into them.

Kyoot Army 100L Sale!

That's right. First ever Kyoot Army Sale. Everything in the store is 100L for the next week (April 21st - 28th). In May, Kyoot Army will be changing it up and will be going in a new direction of weird. I have a fairly large release coming out, but first, time to have a really big sale on everything I've put out to date.

The sale includes all clothing and accessories in store, which means pretty much every single item. During the sale, giftcards will not be valid, so if you'd like gifts sent please send a notecard to "Saeya Nyanda", as I will be doing it manually for the week.

Once the sale is over, I will be putting the giftcard system back up and getting the store ready for all the new releases. Some of the older items will be pulled after next week, never to be seen again.

The sale starts today at 5pm SLT and everything will be available for 100L until Saturday, April 28th at 12am PST.

Kyoot Army in Silent

The last release of 2007 at Kyoot Army

The Mourning Minnu Gown is a gown I was commissioned to make for Minnu Palen of Minnu Model Skins. She wanted a hybrid of two of my older pieces remixed into a gown for a special event she had coming up.

She has given me permission to release the gown to the public and she has created a special skin for the gown, which can be purchased in either of our main stores beside the gown vendor. Also, she has released a crazy head harness that I personally love with the gown, it is also for sale in both our stores and the Kyoot Army Onrez Store.

This gown marks the end of an era for Kyoot, as 2008 brings a whole new line...it will still be the same Kyoot weirdness, but I'm going back to the drawing board when it comes to fabrics, silhouette's, lines and insanity. So don't fret, it'll still be lunatic chic, it just will be a different vein of it.


Also released today two new unisex scarves:
The scarves have diamond encrusted eyes and included in both versions are mens and womens fits.





Thank you so much to everyone who supported Kyoot Army in 2007. The new year will bring even more mayhem and weirdness to Kyoot Army, including mens wear (finally!).
